Join Barb Warren, a certified Lifeline Practitioner - She will take you on a journey into the Lifeline Technique system which will help you to unlock fear-based thinking, and shift you into an empowered-based one. You will learn the tools necessary to tune in to your emotions and learn how to shift out of fear and anxiety into conscious empowered choices and begin the process of living an empowered life.
The LifeLine Technique® is an integrative therapeutic system developed by Dr. Darren Weissman that transforms human behavior and biology by processing emotions buried in the subconscious mind. At the root of symptoms, stress, and disease is an emotionally charged unprocessed memory. When activated, this emotionally charged memory creates a lens of misperception, reactive fear-based filter, and a negative attractor field leading to both behavioral and biological stress patterns.
The LifeLine Technique® empowers you to heal on a subconscious level and create your life intentionally.
Please note that each person will privately create their own intention and will not be asked to share.
At the end of the session, Barb will give you deepening exercises for you to solidify the shift that’s been created on a subconscious level as well as will create a strategic plan with helping you to create the most effective changes.
Bring a yoga mat, notebook or a journal and a water bottle. We will be sitting on the floor, so feel free to bring anything to make you more comfortable.
