This Keep It Sacred retreat with Skybird Yoga is a chance to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Each morning begins with a Yoga Ceremony, followed by an all-levels, breath-centered practice led by Elizabeth. Her classes weave ancient wisdoms and modern science with mindful movement, nervous system awareness, and intuitive guidance- inviting presence, clarity, and transformation from the inside out.
Afternoon sessions offer deeper healing and energetic restoration through a Transformational Breath session and a live music Sound Healing Journey- powerful practices to help release held tension and replenish your vitality.
There’s also plenty of time to make this week your own.
Keep it sacred by immersing yourself in self-love, stillness, and nature or find your adventurous side:
ride horses on the beach, zip line through the forest canopy (home to the longest zip line in the world!), hike to waterfalls, or learn to surf. Restore in the saltwater infinity pool, enjoy spa treatments, or simply rest.
You’ll also have access to Blue Spirit’s Longevity Center and Cleanse/Detox Program, with optional upgrades including Bio-Energy Testing, Ozone Therapy, Cell Gym Training, and antioxidant IV infusions.

The room is elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space for couples or singles. Each room has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.
These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer. The Superior Ocean View Rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs or elevator.

Nature Suites (with A/C):
Nature Suites are very cozy and located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. They are simple and natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each Suite sleeps two people and includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk. All Suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the hill to the Main Building.

The Pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the Ocean will rock you into sleep. These beautiful and rustic new rooms feature a private porch with a hammock, one queen-size bed, an outdoor shower, air conditioning, and a safe big enough to fit a 17" laptop. From the main building the Cottages are a short walk down the hill towards the beach.

Newly built and furnished with a contemporary design, these rooms provide privacy and elegance. Featuring a balcony overlooking the jungle, each suite provides a King bed to comfortably sleep two people, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C. These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer. A short walk up a small hill to the main building.

Hermitage Queen and Hermitage Twin (with A/C):
These rooms are specifically designed for singles and provide privacy and elegance, while being cozy and inexpensive. Many of these rooms have partial views of the ocean and others of the mountains nearby, a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and a natural ventilation system. There are also 2 Hermitage Rooms available with twin beds for two people.

Eco-Cottages:
The cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation. Each Cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with ambient temperature water shower, or you can use our shared bathhouse with hot water showers. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide a comfortable and ecological setting. The Eco-Cottages are situated below the Main Building and involve a short hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building.

Platform Tent: SOLD OUT
These glamping wall-style tents are surrounded by nature and a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building (reception, dining hall, etc.).
Each Tent features a queen-sized regular platform bed, electric outlet(s), a pedestal fan, and is placed on a platform that is covered by a wooden roof to protect against sun and rain.
A few steps away guests will find a bathhouse that features two different wings (women & men) with each featuring several sinks, showers, and toilets. Each shower comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner and soap. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided and guests can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge.

Payment terms
A $500 deposit /person (non-refundable/non-transferable) is required to reserve your room. You may send payment via Venmo (elizabeth-nuti-1), or Chase Zelle Pay to eliz.nuti@gmail.com. To send a check by mail please email Elizabeth @eliz.nuti@gmail.com. The final balance is due by November 20, 2024. No refunds are available unless someone can take your place. No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the retreat. Travel Insurance is recommended.
The cost of the retreat includes room, board (3 meals per day) and the yoga program. This cost does not include airfare, transportation to and from the resort.
Travel Information
Most participants choose to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR).
You can now book a quick scenic flight that only takes 25 minutes from the International Airport in Liberia to the Local Nosara Airport! Enjoy incredible views of the area and get to your destination quicker and easier. Sansa is a domestic airline with world-class safety technology and the highest operational standards and practices. Blue Spirit will arrange a taxi from the Nosara airport to Blue Spirit for $20.
Charter Flights must be reserved 15 days before your arrival at the latest.
