Join us for a gentle 30-minute Qigong practice in the park.

 

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient practice that combines slow, mindful movement and breath to support the body’s natural flow of energy, helping cultivate balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.

All ages and levels are welcome. Street clothes are perfectly fine.
