Founded by artist and teacher Elizabeth Nuti, Skybird brings together her lifelong interests in movement, breath, sound, nature, creativity, and community through weekly classes, immersive experiences, workshops, and retreats.

Skybird’s home is a century-old timber-frame barn surrounded by 30 acres of woods and native gardens in Sawyer, Michigan, in the heart of Harbor Country — welcoming locals and visitors from Southwest Michigan, Chicago, and beyond.. During the warmer months, the barn opens to the surrounding landscape, creating a practice space where nature becomes part of the experience.

These simple, practical tools support our physical well-being while helping us navigate life with greater awareness—how we respond, communicate, relate, and make choices—and create space to reflect, grow, and evolve.
