Our serene environment and natural surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for yoga, breath work, lymphatic massage, the 12-minute workout as well as some Qigong, forest bathing and sound healing journeys. Elizabeth will guide you through practices that will help you transition into fall, deepen your connection to your true nature and develop a working relationship with your body, mind and spirit.
Opt in to do a 2 week Ayurvedic Cleanse with online guided support. An Ayurvedic cleanse before fall helps the body release the heat and intensity of summer while preparing for the cooler, windier Vata season. It strengthens digestion, clears toxins, and supports a grounded, steady transition into autumn - restoring balance, immunity, and inner clarity as nature turns inward. There will be an additional zoom call with Elizabeth prior to the cleanse to help you get ready and to answer questions.

In preparation for the Skybird Fall Immersion, you’re invited to deepen your reset with a two-week Colorado Cleanse - a gentle Ayurvedic protocol designed to restore digestion, release stagnation, and support physical and emotional clarity.
This guided cleanse is completely optional. You’ll purchase your own kit directly from LifeSpa using this link along with the coupon code SKYBIRD10 for a $10 discount. Kits should be ordered by August 11 to ensure delivery and time to review the materials.
Elizabeth will provide support with a Zoom call for guidance prior to the cleanse along with some light support during the cleanse. If more time is needed, you can schedule time to meet with Elizabeth in-person or by phone for a 30 min 1on 1 session ($75).
