Relax, reinvigorate and recharge with Elizabeth in the beautiful, natural surroundings of Sawyer, MI.
Our tranquil environment and peaceful grounds offer the perfect setting to relax and reconnect with your innermost self. Elizabeth will lead you through yoga and healing practices to help you deepen your connection to your true nature.
During these 4 days, we will explore our inner systems through yoga, breath work, lymphatic massage, Qi Gong, the 12-minute workout, forest bathing and sound healing journeys. Our inner systems of body, mind and spirit play an essential role in determining our health and happiness. We have the innate ability to heal from within. Central to this is awareness, understanding and developing a working relationship with our bodies.
Elizabeth will take you on guided sessions that will help you explore, build strength, bring balance of mind, tap into emotional intelligence and develop a deeper connection to life force (breath/vitality), spirit and the natural world.
We will meet in the mornings from 9-11am and then again in the afternoons from 3-5:00pm

No refunds are available unless someone can take your place. No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the retreat.
