3. You then will receive an email back with the link.

If you can't make it to the live-streaming class, not to worry!

Follow the instructions above for payment and registration and then Send Elizabeth an email requesting the class replay. After the link is sent to your email, you will have 24 hours to access the link for viewing.

After May 23rd, only Saturday classes will be live-streaming through the fall. All of the other classes will be in-person in Sawyer, MI.

What a wonderful yoga instructor Elizabeth is. Over the years I must have had 20 different instructors and she is one of the best.  My husband, Victor, agrees.  She is knowledgable but also has a sincere heart for the practice.
